Kangkung Tumis Petai
kangkung stewed with peteh beans and salted squid

2 bunches (250g) kankung
4 cumi asin / salted squid
10 peteh beans
3 cloves garlic
3 shallots
1 salam leaf
1 tsp laos
2 green chilies
2 red chilies
2 green tomatoes
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
50 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Slice the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the chilies diagonally into pieces. Split the peteh beans in half. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Cut the squid into pieces, was the pieces and fry them for 3 minutes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallots and galangal for 3 minutes. Add the chilies, the peteh and tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft. Add the kangkung and stir well. Then add the fish sauce, salt, pepper and the palm sugar and stir well. Then add water and simmer until tender. Spoon in the squid and serve.
