10 snakebeans
8 young baby corn
5 cabbage leaves
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
3 green chilies
Cara membuat:
Cut the snakebeans into pieces of 3 cm, the baby corn and cabbage in strips. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the beans, corn and cabbage and cook until it begins to soften. Then add the salt, pepper and palm sugar followed by the water. Cook it slowly until done and serve.
