Sambal Bawang jambal
onion sambal with fish

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
100g ikan jambal (fried salted fish)
2 tbsp sesame seeds
4 cloves of garlic
13 shallots
9 red chilies (large)
5 red chillies / bird's eye
2 tsp trassi / shrimp paste
1 tbps salt
3 tbsp oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Chop the jambal finely. Toast the sesame seeds and puree it. Pound or grind the garlic, the shrimp paste, the lomboks and the rawits into a paste and mix in the sesame. Chop the shallots finely.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the shallots for 5 minutes. Then add the chili paste and the salt and fry them gently until the liquid has evaporated. Mix in the jambal and fry it for a couple of minutes.
