Sambal galak
Red sambal with tomato

5 red rawits
3 shallots
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
1 tomato
1 jeruk purut
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the shallots, rawits, garlic, tomato and Juruk purut fine. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots, the rawits, tomato and jeruk purut for 5 minutes. Then pound or grind it with the palm sugar and salt into a paste.
