Kwetiauw Goreng Babat Cabai Hijau

Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
200 gr beef tripe
400 gr kwetiau (flat rice noodles)
100 gr of tauge / bean sprouts
2 eggs
2 tsp kecap asin
50 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
4 tbsp oil
water
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
5 green lomboks
3 green rawits
1/2 tbsp ebi
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan of water and cook the tripe until done and cut it into pieces. Cook the kwetiau briefly and then drain. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the tripe and fry until brown and slide to the side. Add the eggs and scramble them . Then add the tauge and the kecap, mix well and fry until soft. Then add salt, pepper and palm sugar and mix well. Mix in the water, add the kwetiau and stir until everything is cooked.
