Pepes Cumi Pedas

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
300 gr squid
1/2 tbsp lime, juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 bunch of kemangi
banana leaf
Haluskan:
bumbu:
1 serai / sereh / lemon grass, white part
2 red lomboks, toasted
4 red rawits
4 shallots, toasted
4 cloves of garlic, toasted
2 belimbing wuluh
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the squid into round slices and rub them with the lime juice, salt and pepper. Cut the ingredients for the bumbu into thin slices. Mix this with the squid and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Then divide it into 6 portions and wrap each portion in banana leaf and seal it with biteng. Steam the packages for 25 minutes until done. Serve.
