Keropok Bandeng
Roasted bandeng with sambal


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
2 ikan bandeng (milkfish, otherwise salmon)
5 cloves garlic
4 tbsp lime juice
2 red onions
2 tbsp oil
banana leaves

Bahan sambal:
Ingredients:
10 red rawits
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp kecap manis
½ tsp salt

Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Pound or grind the garlic fine into a paste. Clean the fish and marinate it with the garlic and the lice juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Put the fish on banana leaf an sprinkle the onions and the oil on top and wrap the banana leaf. Roast the fish above a charcoal fire until done and serve it with the sambal.

Pound or grind the rawits and garlic fine into a paste. Mix in the salt, the lime juice and the kecap.
