fried spiced shrimp from Lampung

350g prawns
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
6 red chilies
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Clean the prawns but leave the tail. Cut the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Cut the chilies into small pieces. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the chilies and fry for 2 minutes. Add the prawns and cook 3 minutes. Stir in the lemon juice, the salt and the pepper and cook until tender.
