Steamed meatballs


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr minced beef
350 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
7 shallots
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp ketumbar (coriander)
1 egg
1/2 tsp kencur
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palmsugar
3 salam leaves
banana leaves
biteng (wooden picks)

Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Mix the mince with the garlic, the shallots, the ketumbar, the egg, the palmsugar, the kencur, the pepper and half of the santen. Take a piece of banana leaf an put a full tbsp of the mixture on top. Add 1 tbp of santen and a piece of salam. Fold the banana leaf as a package and close it with the biteng. Steam the packages for 45 minutes until done.
