Kailan Cah Daging Sapi

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150 gr beef tenderloin
750 gr kailan / Chinese broccoli
1/2 tsp cornflour
5 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe
2 tsp cornflour + 1 tsp water
oil
Bahan saus:
ingredients sauce:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tsp kecap asin
3 tsp angciu
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp pepper
150ml water
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices and rub it with the cornflour. Clean the kailan and peel the stems. Take the young stems and leaves and keep 200 gr. Cut the kailan in half lengthwise and then into diagonal pieces. Blanch it briefly or rinse with boiling water. Mix the ingredients for the sauce together well. Grate the jahe and finely chop the garlic.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the meat until it changes color and set it aside.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the garlic and the jahe for 2 minutes. Then add the kailan and mix well. Then add the meat and mix well.
Slide it to the side of the pan and add the sauce and heat it. Then add the cornstarch solution and stir until the sauce has thickened. Then mix all ingredients well and serve.
