Oxtail in spicy sweet sauce

1250 ml of water
2 cm jahe

2 jeruk purut

7 shallots
3 cloves of garlic

Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam, the lemongrass, the jahe and jeruk purut for 4 minutes.
