Oxtail in spicy sweet sauce

700 gr oxtail
1250 ml of water
2 cm jahe
2 salam leaves
2 jeruk purut
1 sereh / lemongrass, white portion
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil

7 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
5 red lomboks
4 red rawits

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam, the lemongrass, the jahe and jeruk purut for 4 minutes.
Add the meat and fry it until it changes colour. Then add the kecap, salt and he palmsugar and mix well. Then add the water and slowly cook until done.
