braised beef ribs with black pepper

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
750 gr ribs (beef)
1000 ml water
2 salam leaves
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
2 cm jahe
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp sauce tomat (ketchup)
1 tbsp saus sambal (chilli sauce)
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 spring onion
2 tablespoons oil
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and add the ribs and the salem and cook it for 15 minutes. Drain but keep 500ml broth. Mince the garlic and slice the spring onion into pieces. Cut the onion into thin strips.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion, garlic and jahe for 3 minutes. Add the ribs and stir. Then add the kecaps and both sauces along with the pepper, salt and palm sugar and stir well. Add the broth and cook gently until tender. Spoon in the spring onion and serve.
