cassava-coconut cake

Ingredients:
1000 gr cassava
200 gr sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
225 gr grated coconut
1 tsp salt
100 ml water
1 tsp food colouring
Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Mix the coconut with the salt and steam it. Steam the cassava, peel them and mash them with the water and the food colouring. Form the cakes in any shape and sprinkle the coconut on top. Let them cool down and serve
