Pangsit Balado Renyah
fried spicy pangsit / dumpling

20 sheets of pangsit / dumpling
75 gr of peanuts, fried
2 sereh / lemongrass
1 tsp salt
75 gr ikan teri nasi
5 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaf
1 tbsp oil
50 g palm sugar
250 ml water

8 red lomboks
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
4 shallots

Cara Membuat:
Cut the pangsit sheets into small squares, the jeruk purut finely. Chop the peanuts. Poun or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste. Heat in a pan of oil and fry the pangsit sheets quick and dry and set aside.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the sereh, the salam, the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Then add the salt, the palm sugar and the water and mix well. Then add the pangsit sheets, the peanuts and the ikan teri and stir until the liquid has evaporated.
