Babi Kluyuk
pork in sweet and sour sauce

500 gr pork
1 red lombok
3 cm jahe
1 leek
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp oil

Bahan sauce:
Sauce ingredients:
3 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp cornflour
500 ml of water

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces and mix in the salt, the pepper and the flour. Grate the jahe and cut the lombok and the leek into thin rings. Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the meat for 5 minutes until brown and scoop it out of the pan. Add the jahe, the lombok and the leeks and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the sauce and the meat and simmer slowly for 5 minutes until everything is cooked.

Heat a pan and add the palm sugar and let it melt gently and caramelise. Then add the water followed by the kecap, ketchup and vinegar. Thicken the sauce with the cornstarch.
