mango chicken curry

500 gr chicken
2 mangoes
440 ml santen (coconutmilk)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp mustard seed
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp palmsugar
3 cm kunyit (turmeric)
salt to taste

2 cloves garlic
3 cm jahe (ginger)
4 peppercorns
4 red rawits
2 green rawits

1 spring onion

Cara membuat:
Slice the meat into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste and mix it with the santen. Marinade the meat with it for at least 6 hours. Slice the mango in strips. Pound or grind the kunyit fine. Slice the spring onion fine.
Heat in a wok the oil and rost the mustard seeds until it popped. Add the butter followed by the mango, the palmsugar and the kunyit and fry it for 1 minute. Remove it from the wok and fry the meat in it until done. Put the mango mixture back in the wok with the salt and fry it for 1 minute. Sprinkle the spring onion on top and serve.
