Balado Ayam Pandan 
spicy fried chicken with pandan

1 chicken
150ml water
2 serai/sereh/lemon grass
1 lime, juice
5 jeruk purut leaves
5 shallots
1 pandan leaf
4 tbsp oil

12 red lomboks
11 red rawits
8 cloves of garlic
4 cm jahe/ginger

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 16 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Finely chop the shallots.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots, the serai and the pandan for 5 minutes. Then add the bumbu and jeruk purut and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry until the chicken changes color.
Then add the water and cover the pan and continue frying over low heat until the moisture is absorbed. Then mix in the lemon juice and serve.
