Hati Ampela Goreng Bumbu Rempah
fried spiced chicken gizzards
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
10 gizzards
1 tbsp asam water
2 salam leaf
50 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
2 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Slice the shallots and garlic finely. Heat in a pan the water, the gizzards, the asam water, the shallots, the salt, the salam and the garlic and mix well. Cook until the moisture has almost evaporated. Then add the oil and fry while stirring until done.
