Ayam Panggang Mede

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
750 gr chicken fillet
saus kuah:
marinade:
150 ml of yogurt
75 gr cashew nuts
3 cloves of garlic
3 cm jahe
1 lime, juice + zest
7 sprigs of coriander
10 dried red chili peppers
1 tsp jinten
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Taburan:
garnish:
coriander leaf
chili flakes
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Crush the meat or cut the meat through but not through (butterfly). Pound or grind the ingredients for the sauce into a marinade. Mix the meat through the marinade and let it rest for at least 8 hours.
Heat an oven at 200 degrees. Place the well-coated meat on a baking tray and fry the meat for 30 minutes until done. Garnish it with the coriander and chili and serve.
