Ayam Kecap Cabai Hijau
Fried chicken in spicy kecap sauce

15 chicken wings, crushed
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 onion
2 cm jahe
3 green lomboks
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
300 ml of water
2 tbsp sesame oil

5 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar

Cara Membuat:
Marinate the chicken with the lemon juice and the salt and let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat in a pan the oil and bake the chicken around brown and separate.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the paste into a paste. Cut the onion fine and the lomboks in thin rings.
Heat in a pan the sesame oil and fry the paste with onion and jahe for 4 minutes. Add the chilies and fry until soft. Then add the chicken and mix well. Then add both kecaps, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Add little by little water and bake in the meantime continue cooking the chicken.
