Ayam Bakar Betutu
Grilled chicken from Bali

1 chicken
1 bunch of cassava leaves
2 tbsp of oil
banana leaf

7 kemiri notes
4 cm kunyit
1 tsp trassi
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 sereh / lemongrass, white portion
11 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
6 red lomboks
4 red rawits
2 cm laos
2 cm jahe
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 cm kencur
1 tbsp salt

Cara Membuat:
Heat in a pan the water and boil the cassava leaves. Then squeeze it out and chop it fine. Roast first the kemiri nuts, the Kunyit and Ketumbar dry in a frying pan. Then pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix through the oil and divide into 2 portions. Mix the cassava leaves with one portion of the bumbu and put it in the chicken. Rub the chicken in with the remaining part of the bumbu and then wrap the chicken into banana leaf.
Steam the chicken for 45 minutes. Then roast/grill the chicken, still packed, over a charcoal fire until cooked and until its fragrant.
