fried spicy chicken livers

16 chicken livers
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons oil
750 ml santen cair
1 lemongrass stalk
1 kunyit
1 asem kandis
9 shallots
5 cloves garlic
7 red chilies
3 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
1 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
Cara membuat:
Rub the meat with lemon juice, salt and oil and let it stand for 30 minutes. Heat a pan some oil and fry the livers crisp and then drain.
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat the santen in a pan together with the kunyit, the paste, the lemongrass and bring to a boil. Add the livers and the asem kandis and stir until the oil comes up and serve.
