Ayam bakar bumbu petis goreng
grilled seasoned chicken

1 chicken
2 jeruk purut leaves
1  sereh (lemongrass)
150 gr peanuts
2 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tbsp asem water (tamarinde water)
500 ml of water
3 tbsp oil
4 shallots
2 red lomboks
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp ketumbar, roasted
1 cm jahe
1 tbsp petis udang
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Dry roast the peanuts and pound or grind them fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the bumbu, the lemongrass and the jeruk purut for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and fry until brown. Then add the peanuts, salt, the palmsugar and the asem water. Then add the water and cook until tender and until almost all the liquid has been absorbed.
Then roast the chicken over a charcoal fire and sprinkle regularly during roasting with the sauce.
