Palai udang Segar
spicy prawns

350 gr tiger prawns, peeled
100 gr grated coconut
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
2 pandan leaves, cut into pieces
11 kemangi leaves, torn
banana leaves

4 red lomboks
7 shallots
3 cloves garlic

Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for bumbu into a paste. Mix all ingredients well together and wrapped it in banana leaves. Roast the package then slowly over a charcoal fire until cooked.
