Filipino nasi goreng

3 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
1 bunch of spring onions
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white pepper

preparation:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok and fry the eggs until they are solidified while stirring. Then scoop the eggs out of the wok. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the garlic and ginger. Then add the lapchang, the sliced spring onions and rice while stirring. Then add the eggs, the soy sauce, the salt and the white pepper. Fry the rice well done. Serve.
