Chu Hau Jeung Mun Dau Fu
tofu in barbecue sauce

500 gr tofu/tahu
2 tbsp char ciu sauce
150 gr peas
175 ml stock
2 tbsp oil

Cut the tofu into blocks or slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the tofu for 4 minutes. Mix the sauce with the stock and add it to the tahu and continue frying over low heat for 3 minutes. Then add the peas and cook until done. Serve.
