Beef Szechuan
beef with celery and bell pepper

500 gr prime beef
1/2 lombok
4 tbsp kecap asin
100 ml beef stock
2 tbsp corn flour
3 stalks celery
1 red bell pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 thel szechuanpepper
2 tbsp oil

Slice the beef into thin strips. Deseed the lombok and chop it fine. Slice the bell pepper into strips and the celery stalks into 2 cm pieces. Mix the beef with the oil. Roast the szechanpepper dry in a skillet.
Heat a wok and sear the beef and remove it fromn the wok. Add the stock, the kecap, the corn flour, the lombok, the szechuanpepper and the salt and stir it until the sauce has thickened. add the celery and the bell pepper and let it cook slowly for 2 minutes. Add the beef and let it simmer for 1 minute more and serve.
