slightly sour spicy mushroom soup

500 gr chestnut/straw mushrooms
2 sereh (lemongrass)
10 red rawits
3 dries rawits
5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp lime juice
3 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
1000 ml water

4 sprigs coriander

Cut the mushrooms in thin slices and the jeruk purut very fine. Crush the sereh and halve the rawits. Roast the dries rawits in a dry skillet and pulver them. Pluck the coriander leaves ot the spigs. Heat in a pan the water and add the sereh, the jeruk purut and the mushrooms. Add the nam pla and the salt. When the mushrooms are cooked add the rawits and the lime juice. Laddle the soup into bowls and garnish it with the coriander leaves.
