Tahu Goreng Bumbu Bali
fried Tahu in a Balinese Sauce

1 tahu / tofu
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 1/2 tsp palm sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
1 tbsp asamwater

4 shallots
8 red lomboks
1 tsp trasi
3 cloves of garlic
3 cm jahe
5 kemiri/candlenuts
3 cm laos

Cara Membuat:
Cut the tahu into cubes and dust it with the flour. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the tahu golden brown and set aside. Heat in a pan 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the bumbu for 4 minutes. Then add the asam water, the sereh, the salam, the jeruk purut, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the tahu and fry until the sauce thickens. Then add the kecap and mix well and cook for 1 minute. Serve.
