Tempe Bacem - 2
Simple sweet baked tempe


Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
350 gr tempe
2 salam leaves
500 ml coconut water
4 tbsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
oil

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
2 cm laos/galangal

Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempe in cubes of 4x4 cm. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the coconut water together with the bumbu, the tempe and the salam and bring to the boil. Then add the palmsugar and the salt and cook it gently until dry. Heat the oil in a pan and bake the tempe brown and serve
