spicy fried tempe with chives

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr tempe
1 salam leaf
2 green chilies
2 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
300 ml of water
50 g chives
1 tbsp oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 cm laos
4 shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 red rawits
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the tempeh into small cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Chop the chives and slice the chilies.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste, the salam and lomboks for 3 minutes. Add the tempeh and fry for 2 minutes. Then add the kecap, salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and chives and fry it until the liquid is absorbed.
