Daon papaya muda dan ikan
papaya leaves with fish

400 gr young papaya leaves
3 sereh (lemongrass)
1 leek
5 cm jahe (ginger)
4 cm kunyit (turmeric)
1 pandan leaf
1/2 tsp salt
100 gr djambal/ikan teri goreng
4 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Slice the djambal fine. Pound or grind the sereh, the jahe and the kunyit fine into a paste. slice the papaya leaves and the leek fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the paste with the djambla/ikan teru for 2 minutes. Add the papaya, the leek, the pandanl leaf and the salt and fry it (covered) for a few minutes until the papaya is done.
