Daun labu jagung manis
pumpkin leaves with sweetcorn
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250g pumpkin leaves
1 sweetcorn
1 tomato
25 anchovy
2 cm fingerroot
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1250 ml chicken stock (see recipe)

4 shallots
4 cloves garlic

2 tbsp bawang goreng

Chop the pumpkin leaves finely and cut the corn kernels off. Cut the tomato and anchovies in pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the broth along with the paste and the fingerroot for 5 minutes. Add the corn, pumpkin leaves and tomatoes and bring to a boil. Then add the salt, pepper, anchovy and palm sugar and cook until tender. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
