water

100g minced chicken
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp palm sugar
200 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
1 lime (juice)
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 cloves garlic
3 shallots
3 red chilies
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Heat in a pan the water and cook the kangkung, drain and let cool off. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat oil in a pan for the sauce and cook the ground beef for 2 minutes. Then add the bumbu and fry for 2 minutes. Add the salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Add the water and bring to / near the boil. Mix in the lime juice and pour the sauce over the kangkung.
