Sambal Lingkung
sambal with fish from Palembang

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
150g ikan Gabus (otherwise perch), only the meat
75g grated coconut
200ml coconut milk
2 stalks lemongrass
2 salam leaves
3 jeruk purut
1/2 tsp salt
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 red chilies
3 shallots
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten
3 cm laos
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Puree the fish. Roast the coconut dry in a skillet until golden brown.
Heat in a pan the santen with the paste, the lemongrass, the salam, the jeruk purut and salt and bring to the boil. Add the coconut and fish and mix well. Cook slowly until the liquid has evaporated.
