Bakmi Godog Yogya
noodle dish from Yogyakarta

500 gr lomi (thick egg noodles)
2 eggs
1 spring onion
1 tomato
100 gr cabbage
200 g of chicken breast (cooked)
4 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1750 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
2 tbsp oil
4 cloves of garlic
3 shallots
5 kemiri nuts
1/2 tsp ebi
1 tbsp bawang goreng
1 twigs celery
Cara membuat:
First boil the lomi in hot water until almost done then drain. Beat the eggs, slice the spring onion into pieces, the cabbage fine and finely chop the tomato. Shred the chicken. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Add the eggs and scramble them. Then add the spring onion, tomato and the cabbage and fry them soft. Then add the chicken, salt, palm sugar and the pepper and mix well. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Add the lomi and cook until tender.
Sprinkle with the chopped celery and the bawang goreng and serve.
