Gangan udang
prawns simmered in coconut milk
Bahan-bahan:

500 gr prawns
1 tomato
1 lemongrass
2 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
1 salam leaf
250 ml santen asli
1 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
2 lomboks
3 shallots
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp shrimp paste
1 cm jahe
2 cm laos
2 cm kunyit
salt and pepper to taste

preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the tomato into thin slices and peel the prawns. Heat in a wok / wadjan the oil and fry the bumbu for 2 minutes with the lemon grass, the salam and jeruk purut. Add the tomato, the santen and the prawns and let it simmer slowly until everything is tender and the sauce has thickened.
