Kerang Hijau Sauce Tiram
mussels in a spicy oyster sauce

Bahan bahan:
1000 g kerang hijau/perna viridis/green mussel
3 salam leaves
3 cm jahe/ginger
1 tsp salt
1000 ml of water

Bahan sauce tiram:
oyster sauce ingredients:
1/2 onion
6 cloves of garlic
3 cm jahe/ginger
10 red rawits
5 red lomboks
1 spring onion
5 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
250 ml of water
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Clean the mussels. Heat the water in a pan and bring to the boil. Add the mussels, salt, jahe and salam and cook the mussels until done and then drain.
Cut the onion into slices. Finely chop the garlic and cut the jahe julienne. Cut the lomboks into diagonal rings and pound or grind the rawits finely. Cut the spring onion into pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks, the rawit and the jahe and fry until soft. Then add the water, oyster sauce, kecap, salt and pepper and bring to the boil. Add the mussels and spring onion and mix well. Cook until the sauce thickens and serve.
