Ikan Pilitude
spicy stewed fish with banana
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
600 gr mackerel
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
4 unripe plantains
4 serai/sereh/lemon grass, white part
3 cm lengkuas/laos/galangal
600 ml coconut milk (from 1 coconut)
5 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
13 red rawits
10 shallots
2 cm kencur
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Clean the fish and cut it into slices. Rub the fish with the lime juice and salt and let it rest for 30 minutes. Peel the bananas and cut them into quarters lengthwise and then into 3 cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the serai and the galangal for 5 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and bring it to the boil while stirring.
Then add the bananas and cook until half done. Then add the fish and cook until done. Serve.
