Daging Sapi Suwir Rebung
strips of seasoned beef with bamboo shoots

250 gr beef (tenderloin)
2 tsp ginger juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp kecap Asin
2 tsp kecap manis
2 tsp sesame oil
4 cloves of garlic
1 red lombok
3 cm jahe/ginger
150 gr bamboo shoots
150 gr carrot
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp vinegar
50ml water
2 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into very thin strips. Marinate the meat with the ginger juice, salt, kecaps and sesame oil for 30 minutes. Cut the garlic into thin slices, the lombok, the carrot and the bamboo shoots julienne and grate the jahe.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat with the marinade until the meat changes color. Then add the garlic, the lombok, the carrot, the bamboo shoots, de jahe and the palm sugar and mix well.
Mix the cornflour with the vinegar and water and add it to the meat while stirring and fry it until done. serve.
