Oseng-oseng Mercon Yogyakarta
very spicy beef from Yogyakarta

500 gr beef
3 salam leaves
3 cm laos
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp kecap manis
300 ml of water
5 tbsp oil

3 red lomboks
200 gr red rawits
5 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe

2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the salam and the laos for 4 minutes. Add the meat and mix well. Then add the water and cook it gently until the meat is nearl done. Then add the salt, the palm sugar and the kecap and stir until it is completely cooked.
Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
