Daging masak taoco
seasoned cooked beef

300 gr beef
9 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp taoco
100 gr bamboo shoots
4 cm cinnamon
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tsp pepper
600 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces. Cut the shallots and the bamboo into thin slices and the garlic fine. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the taoco, meat and bamboo shoots and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the cinnamon, the kecap, the palm sugar, the salt and pepper and mix it well together. Then add the water and let it simmer gently until the meat is cooked and the liquid has reduced.
