fried sugar-coated peanuts
500 gr raw peanuts
750 gr palmsugar
3 cm jahe
Heat a pan and add the peanuts and fry them brown and let it cool. Grate the jahe and the palmsugar. Heat a pan and add the palmsugar and the jahe and stir it slowly until the palmsugar has melted. Add the peanuts and stir it until all peanuts are coated. Spoon into small bits from the pan and let it cool.
