Semur Daging Babi
braised pork in a dark sauce

400 gr pork
200 gr potato
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
2 tbsp kecap manis
2 shallots
2 tbsp butter
200ml water
1 tbsp palm sugar

Cara membuat:
Cut the potato into cubes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potato until brown and set aside. Cut the meat into thin slices. Cut the shallots into thin slices. Rub the meat with the pepper, salt, vinegar and kecap.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the shallots for 3 minutes. Then add the meat fry until brown. Then add the water, marinade, palm sugar and salt cook until done. Then mix in the potato and serve.
