chicken with mango from Nusa Tenggara Barat

1/2 chicken
2 tsp salt
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp oil
2 tomatoes
300 ml santen
100g mango
2 spring onions
3 tsp palm sugar
4 red chilies
3 red rawits
3 candlenuts
1/2 tsp pepper
Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces, the onions, the tomatoes and mango fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Marinate the chicken with lime juice and 1 tsp salt for at least 15 minutes. Roast the chicken then above a charcoal fire until browned.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes and add the tomatoes and the chicken and stir. Add the santen, mango, onions, palm sugar and salt and let it simmer slowly until the chicken is cooked.
