thai fried rice

500 gr cooked rice
100 gr pork
3 cloves garlic
1 egg
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp oil
2 red lomboks
1 carrot
1 onion

chopped coriander leaves

slice the garlic, the meat, the lomboks, the carrot and the onion fine. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the meat and fry it for 2 minutes. Then add the egg and stir well. Add the lomboks, the onion, the carrot, the palmsugar and the pepper. Add the rice and fry it. Then add the kecap and the fish sauce and fry it for 2 more minutes. Garnish it with the coriander leaves.
