Khao Pad Namprik Pao Sai Kai
Thai fried rice (nasi goreng) with chicken

ingredients chicken:
250 gr chicken breast
1 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp golden mountain sauce

ingredients rice:
500 gr cooked rice
2 eggs
6 cloves garlic
3 shallots
7 red rawits
1 tbsp golden mountain sauce
2 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
2 tbsp nam prik pao (see recipe)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp palmsugar
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp limejuice
125 gr broccoli florets
1 tomato
2 green onions
5 tbsp oil

Cut the chicken into thin slices and mix it with the flour and the sauce and let it marinate for 15 minutes. Slice the garlic and the rawits fine. Cut the shallots into thin slices. Slice the onions fine. Slice the tomato into small parts. Beat the eggs. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the eggs and bake an omelete. Let it cool down and cut it into thin strips.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for 30 seconds. Add the chicken and fry it for 3 minutes. Add the shallots, the rawits and the broccoli, followed by the nam pla, the golden mountain sauce, the nam prik pao, the salt, the lime juice, the palmsugar and the pepper. Add the rice and mix it well. Add the tomato, the onions and the omelete and fry it for 3 more minutes.
