Sop Asam Pedas
spicy soup with minced pork

100 gr minced pork
1/2 tahu/tofu
50 gr shrimp
4 cloves of garlic
4 cm jahe
1 mushroom
1 shiitake
1200 ml chicken stock
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp sago flour + 1-2 tbsp water
1 tsp black vinegar
1 tsp chili oil
1 egg, beaten
1 sprig of ketumbar

Cara membuat:
Cut the garlic, the jahe, the mushroom and the shiitake into thin slices. Cut the tofu into thin strips and the shrimp into small pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the garlic and the jahe for 1 minute. Then add the minced meat, shrimp, tahu, shiitake and mushroom and fry, while stirring, until the minced meat has changed colour.
Then add the stock, pepper, salt and fish sauce and bring to the boil. Then add the sago solution and stir until the stock thickens. Then mix in the egg, vinegar, chili oil, sesame oil and coriander leaf and continue cooking until the soup is done. Serve.
