Garu Balanga Ternate

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 g shank
4 cm cinnamon
4 tbsp kecap manis
1.4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper (white)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1200ml water
2 tbsp oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
1 tsp ketumbar, roasted
1/2 tsp jinten

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu for 5 minutes. Then add the meat and fry while stirring until it changes color. Then add the kecap, salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix well.
Then little by little add the water and cook the meat until tender. Serve.
