300g beef
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 cm jahe
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 green bell pepper
1 tbsp kecap manis
1 1/2 tbsp taosi (fermented black bean paste)
150 ml of water
2 tbsp sesame oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into strips, the peppers into strips. Chop the garlic finely and grate the jahe. Cut the onion into thin strips.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion, garlic and jahe for 2 minutes. Add the meat and cook until it changes color. Then add the peppers and fry them soft. Add the kecap, the pepper and taosi and mix well. Add the water and cook until done.
